  • Financial data, if necessary, to the service being bought or sold; billing account details, billing contact details, VAT number

  • Personal Data: biography, curriculum vitae, references, meeting notes, application forms, industry specialisation, board experience history, non-compete clauses or restrictions, professional membership information

  • LinkedIn: We trust your LinkedIn to be a true representation of your profile.  We may use your LinkedIn address to introduce you to other top talented senior professionals.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
