Rules of Engagement

A community enabling the space for C-Level executives to exercise their superpowers by strategising, brainstorming and networking. Where superhero; CEOs, Board Advisors and Investors come to create, plan and collaborate to solve challenges that exist in the world.

Rules of Engagement are based on good will, trust and respect.

Upon entry to the community nest the following statements applies;

 

The problem originator is the project owner.  The member has not yet identified a solution to a problem they would like to solve.

  • The problem originator must state from the outset their vision.

  • The problem originator brainstorms collaboratively to find solutions.

  • Contribution and resources given to another project is given on good will.

  • The originator can name contributors as a stakeholder on their business plan.


The solution originator is the project owner.  The member has identified a solution to a problem they would like to solve. Only if this is not in direct conflict with the problem originator.

  • The depths to which the project owner shares their project solution is their own responsibility.

  • Contribution and resources given to another project is given on good will.

  • Contribution and resources received is given on good will.

  • The originator can name contributors as a stakeholder on their business plan,
